Services
G&I Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services, including repairs, drain cleaning, water heater installation, fixture installation, leak repairs, rough-in plumbing, tenant improvement plumbing, and related plumbing services.
All services are subject to site conditions, access, material availability, permit requirements, inspection requirements, and the approved written scope of work.
Estimates and Payments
Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Pricing may change if hidden conditions, damaged piping, code requirements, customer changes, permit requirements, or additional work are discovered.
Payment terms will be listed on the estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Deposits may be required before work begins.
Customer-Supplied Materials
If a customer provides fixtures, faucets, valves, tubs, shower pans, water heaters, or other materials, the customer is responsible for ensuring those items are complete, undamaged, code-compliant, and ready for installation.
G&I Plumbing is not responsible for manufacturer defects, missing parts, incorrect materials, or warranty issues related to customer-supplied products.
Permits, Inspections, and Warranty
Some plumbing work may require permits and inspections. Permit responsibility will be listed in the estimate or agreement.
G&I Plumbing stands behind its workmanship. Warranty terms may vary by project and do not cover misuse, neglect, pre-existing issues, customer-supplied defective materials, freezing, third-party work, or unrelated plumbing failures.
Text Messaging Terms
G&I Plumbing may send text messages for appointment scheduling, reminders, dispatch updates, estimate follow-ups, job updates, invoices, payment reminders, customer support, review requests, and occasional service-related promotions.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
